Beetlejuice^TM

The host of the show, Beetlejuice is a malevolent spirit who has the power to possess anyone's mind and body. Even the most powerful monsters cannot resist his powers. The ultimate trickster, Beetlejuice enjoys wreaking havoc. You never know which end is up when he's around.

Wolf Man®

After Beetlejuice's Transfunkafication, the Wolf Man is affectionately called "Wolfie." He has transformed into a high energy, urban kid with a rock star style of singing. He retains his animalistic moves, staying low, rolling, crouching, sitting like a dog, and leaping through the air with gymnastic style.

Dracula®

Dracula maintains all of his classic Gothic qualities, but his Transfunkafication has made him extremely cool and he uses these qualities to allow him to attract women to feed upon. His moves are very smooth, giving the appearance of floating when he moves across the stage. His vocal quality is strong, yet sensually hypnotic.

Frankenstein®

After his Transfunkafication, Frankenstein becomes a big kid. His music helps illustrate his emotions. His relationship with the Bride is very close. He is very possessive of her and sees her as not only a mate, but also as a "Mommy" figure who takes care of him.

Bride of Frankenstein®

After her Transfunkafication, the Bride becomes totally aware of her body and of her sexuality. Her movements become much more lithe, fluid, and suggestive. This new attitude is demonstrated through hip rolls and when she runs her hands over her transformed body.

Hip & Hop

Hip & Hop are Beetlejuice's "playmates" and he refers to them as his "back-up babes" and the "ghouls with the cool." These "original ghouls gone wild" are not your typical club kids. They are very playful and flirtatious and unlike other characters in the show, they have no supernatural powers. Instead, they use their movements and sensuality to control and mesmerize men.

Requirements: Female singer/dancers (alto and mezzo soprano), medium to tall height, slender to athletic build.
