Every performance role at Universal Orlando® Resort is a uniquely fun and challenging experience. Please review these requirements, so you'll know what to expect during your audition!

Actors

Prepare a one minute comedic or up beat monologue in character. Improv games, cold reading and a costume fitting of the character the director is considering you for may be required for selected candidates.

Singer/Dancers and Dancer/Singers

Prepare 16 bars of an up-tempo pop rock or blues song. Bring instrument CD or tape. Sheet music must be arranged in your key and may be used at some auditions. Please check audition notice if an accompanist will be provided before deciding on sheet music.
A dance callback and singing excerpts of the show may be required for selected candidates.

Animated Characters

A basic movement combination and type out audition will apply. A fitting callback may be required of selected candidates.

Stilt Walkers

Previous experience required. If the stilt role is an acting stilt position a one minute monologue and a demonstration of your stilt walking ability will be required. If the stilt role is for parade or general atmosphere position, then a type out audition and a demonstration of your stilt walking ability will be required. Stilts will be provided, please bring or wear proper stilt walking attire.

Stunt Roles

A series of athletic activities including, but not limited to: pull ups, shoulder/dive rolls, mini tramp demonstration and fight sequence. A cold reading and type out audition are required. Agility callbacks for selected candidates also essential.

Piano Players

Prepare one song of choice and be prepared to perform a song requested by the audition panel.
